Murder at Rutherford House!

For the first time ever in Reed-Custer High School history, the department of theater is proud to present "Murder at Rutherford House", an audience-participation murder mystery dinner where you can be a part of the action! All ticket holders will be given a character name and a set of clues to help solve the murders happening at this fabulous annual party. But don't worry. If you are a little on the shy side and only wish to come and watch, that's perfectly fine, too. Tickets are $12.00 for adults and $8.00 for students, seniors and children, which includes the show, a sparkling beverage, a pasta dinner, dessert and coffee. Shows will take place in the cafeteria and are Saturday, November 5 at 6:30 and Sunday, November 6 at 1:00 pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance (from a cast member or through the main office) or at the door. Come join us for what is sure to be a fun and exciting evening!

It is the 5th anniversary of the death of Lord William Rutherford, and Lady Millicent Rutherford is throwing her annual dinner party to honor the event. All are invited and having a wonderful time, except for Millicent and all the people she fights with: her feisty cockney maid; her twin daughters, one of whom is engaged and one of whom is murdered; a German vixen, who had an affair with Lord Rutherford, her senile aunt and a host of other characters. Once the first murder occurs, Detective Weedle is on the scene, questioning suspects, including the audience. A dysfunctional family at a dis-function! This show is an audience-participation dinner theater experience with no stage, because everyone at the show is, well, part of the show! Comedy and mystery come together for this rather Clue-like experience. Click below to download a ticket order form.

1984 - The Thrilling Conclusion!

English 10 students - We have come to the end of our journey through Oceana, comrades. I hope you enjoyed the book. If you are on schedule, you will finish the book tonight (Wednesday, 10/26). All questions are due tomorrow, Thursday, 10/27. For those of you who have been absent (and we have all spoken about this), your questions are due either by the end of the week or on Monday.

We will have a quiz over the book Friday, and the final test over it on Tuesday, November 1.
